“ Food: Food was amazing! We got the General Tso's Chicken, Beef Broccoli, order of Chicken Wings (6), Egg Drop Soup, and 2 egg rolls. It was all SUPER yummy and made fresh. General Tso's Chicken had some jalapeños so it's spicy (which i loved) but just in case someone needs to know (because I didn't a pepper indicating spice or something). Egg rolls were super great too! Portion sizes were good, good enough for two meals for each entree we ordered. Service: Window didn't seem open, but we went to the door (which was open) and she handed us menu's. We ordered and the food was out within 20 min (made fresh, definitely worth the wait). We waited outside in the eating area and it felt nice! Lady was super kind and brought the food out to us packaged and ready to take to go. Ambiance: It is a food truck and it's parked at the business "Charming Haven" off of 195 (would definitely check out the business too). Has a little outdoor seating area that is covered but other than that, it's really just a take and go. ”

The new location, additional staff, and no phone wait time is ALL DIFFERENT than before! Yesterday was our 6th time experiencing patronage and phone was answered first ring! As always, the food was ready and fresh upon arrival, and no, yall didn't see me sampling my family's dinner in the parking lot because it smelled SO GOOD!! I've been hesitant to review because of the ordering process when located at the old spot. Now that they have a dedicated location, open ordering system without calling repeatedly to get through, I can finally share my LOVE for The Rong Place! OMG! 1. AMAZING family business (You can see the love and genuine happiness between them). 2. The FOOD is the BEST, freshest, homemade Chinese food I've ever had! 3. Cleanliness!! I'm SS certified in Washington DC, and this food truck exceeds restaurants, food trucks, and vendors I've seen throughout our military travels! 4. Top tier food, flavor, and service! “ I have been looking for authentic Chinese food for as long as I've lived in Texas and I think I might have found it. This is a food truck located within a residential area that only takes call ins. This is the hectic part because you may or may not get through but trust me its worth the calling and wait time. I ordered sweet & sour chicken, crab ragoon, and shrimp fried rice. The portions are hefty! I was able to eat off of it about three separate times. The shrimp fried rice included large pieces of shrimp as well. The food is made to order by the owners parents and you can taste all of the love! You won't be disappointed. If you're ever in the area and able to get a call through, check them out. ”
